Recently, our practice merged with Optum Primary Care. So, how does this affect you as a patient?

As of April 1st, our EMR will also be transitioning from ECW to TouchWorks, so the current online portal will no longer be accessible. This means you cannot send messages to Dr. Shah via the online portal. Please call the office directly for your healthcare needs.
