Shift to Tele-Visits during the COVID-19 Pandemic
Due to the CDC’s guidelines for the COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented measures to eliminate in-person appointments, and switched to tele-visits as of March 2020.
You can schedule a tele-visit by calling our office at (480)-786-9084 or by sending a portal message in our Patient Portal, requesting to schedule a visit. More information about the patient portal can be found on the Patient Portal page.
We are working diligently to implement measures which will help us ensure social distancing and heightened sanitation inside of our office so, when a safe reopening seems plausible, we will be ready.
